Collection: Dog scooter (models / test drives)
Start a new adventure with your dog as a team!
The dog does not necessarily have to be harnessed; it can also run freely alongside the scooter. You can adapt the scooter tours individually to your dog's needs; it's great fun for all sporty, running dogs.
We offer you the opportunity to test drive dog scooters from the brands “Crussis” and “Kostka (Mushing PRO + Fairbanks Cross”) in our Tierpfoten Shop.
You can also equip yourself and your dog with other, highly recommended pulling dog accessories. So that we have enough time for you and your furry friend, please contact us in advance to arrange an appointment. Since we do not have fixed opening hours, we are happy to be there for you on weekends by arrangement.

We look forward to welcoming you and your dog to our showroom soon!
You can find the entire range of pulling dogs (harnesses, pulling lines, click-fix antennas, etc.) on our homepage here.
Dog scooter equipment
1. Dog: Any dog that enjoys running and has no health restrictions can start pulling dog training (the dog's weight should be from 16kg upwards when harnessed to the dog scooter, of course there is no minimum weight required without being harnessed to the side).
2. Collar: If you have a dog in front of the dog scooter, you don't necessarily need a collar, but if you want to ride with two dogs, the dogs must wear collars. The dogs are connected to each other at the collar using a “neckline”. Without this fixation, a dog could run to the left and a dog to the right of the path and thus take up the entire road, which would quickly lead to accidents with other passers-by
3. Pulling harness: For pulling work, the dog definitely needs a well-fitting pulling harness that does not chafe and distributes the resulting pulling point well over the chest/shoulder area. Trying it on in the local shop is highly recommended when choosing a harness.
4. Jöring leash: Jöring leashes are equipped with a shock absorber that cushions jerky loads on the dog's back. For canicross wire a length of 1.9m/2m, for dog scootering it should be 2.7m/2.8m long. Joring leashes are available for one or two dogs
5. Bike antenna: Bike antennas are used for safety. You keep the towing line at a distance above the front wheel. Without a bike antenna, the joring line in the front wheel could quickly become tangled. There are 2 variants of removable antennas, one with a Klickfix mount on the handlebars, the other with a mount on the frame.
6. Bike slip: The bike slip connects the pull line to the frame of the scooter or MTB. An intermediate panic snap with rip cord allows the dog to be separated from the vehicle in dangerous situations. You can find the bike slip with panic hooks and rip cord in the shop as a set that has already been put together.
7. Dog scooter: When choosing a dog scooter, we attach great importance to safety for people and animals. Our specially configured dog scooters allow the user to maintain a comfortable posture. We would be happy to advise you individually and also offer test drives on the models. This is also possible on weekends or evenings (as long as it is light).

As an extension to the Mushing Max, this model has an integrated suspension fork lock on the handlebars and has a stronger hydraulic brake system (Deore) from Shimano.
Just like the Mushing Max, the Mushing Pro also has a wide running board. A mudguard on the front wheel is included as standard with the Mushing Pro. We can add an extra wide Zéfal splash guard to the rear wheel of the dog scooter.
